Update: my pop-up tent rental got triple booked and I survived
Last weekend I double booked the same 10x10 canopy for three separate events in Hamtramck, two birthdays and a baby shower, all at different times. I panicked, called my buddy who runs a party supply place, and he loaned me two beat-up backups for free, plus I moved one booking to his lot. Has anyone else had a scheduling mess like this and found a better way to track equipment than a paper calendar?

Your paper calendar trick worked, but it's funny how backups end up being the real plan in life.
