Felt torn after spotting uncredited assets in a featured piece.

The artist used free textures without mentioning the source. I wasn't sure if speaking up was the right thing to do.

Oof, that's such an awkward spot to be in. I get why you felt torn. Seeing what happened to patsingh's friend Alex really makes you double-check everything.

My buddy Alex had his whole portfolio pulled from a site last year. They used a free model from Sketchfab and didn't credit it in the description. Now he checks his source folder twice before posting anything.

Yeah but free models don't always need credit though, right? The rules can be kinda vague sometimes.
