I just wasted $150 on a fancy digital art brush pack I never use.
I bought the 'Master Painter's Bundle' on impulse after seeing a stunning demo, but its 200 complex brushes just don't fit my simple cartoon style, so what's a good place to find more basic, affordable tools?

Ugh, that's the worst feeling. I read a blog post last week about how most pros actually use like five brushes total. For simple stuff, have you checked out Krita? It's free and the basic brush set is really solid for cartooning without all the extra junk. What kind of cartoons do you usually draw?

Ever get that feeling where you just need one good pencil brush and that's it? I totally get the appeal of a simple setup like that. Less time messing with settings means more time actually drawing.

Yeah I saw a comic artist say they do whole pages with just one brush. It really does cut down on that weird pressure to pick the perfect tool. You just get used to what you have and make it work.
