Just realized my lineart used to be a total mess
Honestly, I was looking at a piece I did back in March compared to one I finished yesterday. The old one had shaky, uneven lines everywhere, especially on the hair. I started using the stabilizer tool in Clip Studio Paint about two months ago and set it to 15. Tbh, it's like night and day, my strokes are way smoother now. Anyone else have a specific tool setting that completely fixed a problem for them?

It's funny how one little setting change can make you realize how much of your frustration was just based on bad tools. For me, stabilizer in CSP falls into the same category as auto-level on a camera or spell check on a phone. You don't realize how much you were fighting the medium until something steps in and handles that one annoying part for you. Once you see the result, you just kind of accept that good tools are worth it, even if they feel like cheating at first. It's not about being lazy, it's about not wasting energy on the wrong part of the process.

The stabilizer tool is a total game changer for clean lines.

How much did you hate doing long, smooth curves before this? I used to get so many shaky lines on banners or lettering. Now I can do a perfect swirl or a straight border in one go. It even helps with tiny details like crosshatching or making consistent dots. Feels like cheating but I'm not giving it back.
