Just switched from a free brush pack to one I bought for $12

I was using the default free brushes in Procreate for my character sketches, but the line quality always felt a bit off. After grabbing a paid set focused on inking, my lines got way cleaner and the whole piece looked more professional in about an hour. Has anyone else found that one specific tool upgrade made a huge jump in your work quality?

Honestly sounds like a skill issue to me. My free brushes work fine once I learned how to use them right.
