Pro tip: I lost a $180 commission because the client opened my PSD on a phone
I sent a finished layered file to a client in Austin last Tuesday, and she viewed it on her phone, then asked why the colors looked muddy and the text was blurry. I had exported a proper PNG at 3000px, but she never opened that one, so she almost pulled the job. Layered source files are not the deliverable, the export is, and I started zipping both with a README after that mess. Does anyone else put a plain one page how to view this note in every delivery folder?
