Rant: Spent $200 on a fancy art tablet stylus and it died in 3 months
I dropped $200 on a new stylus for my digital art setup back in January. Felt like a pro for a week. Then the pressure sensitivity went wonky. Now it's completely dead. Customer support won't even reply. Meanwhile my old $40 knockoff stylus is still kicking from three years ago. Is high end gear actually better or are we just paying for hype? Anyone else get burned on expensive art gear?

THREE months on a $200 stylus? That is CRAZY.

Right? But here's something nobody's saying. Maybe the real issue isn't the price tag. It's that we stopped expecting things to last. @sage_morgan75 nailed it with the "expensive stuff dies first" thing. We're all used to buying cheap junk that breaks, then we get shocked when quality stuff fails too. Three months is ridiculous no matter the price.
