Saw some incredible digital art projections on a building in Portland last night

I was walking through the Pearl District around 9pm and this whole warehouse wall turned into a massive animated painting. Some artist named Blu did a 5 minute looping piece with these morphing characters that flowed into each other. Has anyone else seen those outdoor projection showcases popping up in your city?

Is it really that deep or is it just a fancy light show?

Right, because a bunch of fancy lights flashing to a beat means it's some kind of deep philosophical statement. It's just a laser show with a soundtrack, not the meaning of life. Call me when they project the answer to the universe onto a cloud of smoke.
