That time someone told me to stop zooming in so much on details

A gallery owner in Portland said my portfolio pieces only read small on screen, so I should post full views first. I ignored her for 6 months, then tried it on a mural series and got 3 commission DMs in a week. Anyone else find that close-up crops actually hide the bigger composition story?
