Hit 40 countries this month and the number that actually shocked me was 2

Just crossed country 40 in Tbilisi and it felt like nothing, but then I looked at my luggage and realized I've been carrying the same broken zipper for 2 years across every border. Spent $1,900 on a new bag in Bangkok that I ditched after 3 weeks, so now I just keep taping the old one. What's the dumb thing you refuse to replace on the road?
