Just found out my $9 travel insurance only covers medical stuff up to 5 miles from a hospital
I read the fine print after a guy in Medellin broke his ankle hiking and got stuck with a $4,200 bill, so now I'm wondering what actual coverage looks like for anyone who stays out past the city limits.
