So did you just let the cat stay and work around it, or did you like build a little fort around your laptop so it couldn't reach the keys? Asking because I've had one cat sit right on my mouse cable for an hour and I just gave up and worked with my trackpad. Kind of feels like you're legally obligated to let them stay once they pick your spot, otherwise you're the bad guy in the office.
