Just got back from a set at a club in Antigua Guatemala and I noticed the subs were placed all wrong
Dude every DJ I saw kept walking up to the booth complaining about low end mud. I looked under the stage and the subs were literally stacked against a concrete wall. Has anyone else dealt with venues that just don't care about proper sub placement?

Man come on, I feel like people get way too worked up over this stuff. I've played plenty of clubs where the subs were shoved in a corner or against a wall and honestly the crowd didn't seem to notice or care. They were too busy dancing and having a good time. Like yeah, ideally you want perfect placement and all that, but a concrete wall can actually give you some extra punch if you tune it right. I've heard way more complaints about the DJ booth being too small or the monitors feeding back than sub placement causing real problems.
