My bathroom remodel in March taught me that contractors love repeating the same advice. I probably nodded along like I knew what they were talking about, but honestly, half of it went over my head. Now I just smile and pretend to take notes.

The "nod along like you know" part is my default setting. I've agreed to things that turned out to be physically impossible. My smile and nod game is strong.
