My drywall texture sprayer nearly went to the curb, then I tried a cheap tip
I spent two years hand-taping and mudding every joint because my rental texture gun always clogged and spat clumps, especially on ceilings here in Portland. During a 500 sq ft basement job last month, I swapped the stock nozzle for a 3/8 inch orange tip from the big box store, and the material laid down smooth as butter with zero jams. Has anyone else fixed their spraying woes with just a different tip, or am I late to that party too?
