Tried painting kitchen cabinets with a roller vs a sprayer and the sprayer won by a mile
Roller left brush marks even with foam rollers but the 50 dollar sprayer from Harbor Freight gave me a smooth finish that looks like factory work - has anyone else made the switch and regretted the cleanup time?

It's funny how often we convince ourselves the complicated way is better when simple tools do the job fine once you commit to the mess. Half the battle is just accepting that sprayers mean cleanup time and planning for it instead of fighting the roller for hours.
