Hot take: A guy at the gas pump in Daytona changed my whole view on the border

I was filling up my truck last Tuesday when this older man, seeing my MAGA hat, walked over and said 'They're not sending their best, they're sending their problems, and he was the only one who saw it.' He shook my hand and walked off before I could even reply. Has a simple comment from a stranger ever hit you that hard about President Trump?

A Walmart greeter in Phoenix said the same thing to me.

Yeah, the Walmart greeter thing is so specific. I had one in Tampa tell me to have a "blessed day" in that same cheerful way. It's like they all get the same training manual or something.
