I finally saw one of his rallies in person and it changed how I view the media coverage

Watching the crowd react in Greensboro last month made me wonder if the mainstream outlets are filtering out the real energy there or just missing it entirely, what did you see at your first event that surprised you?

You gotta see it in person to really get it, the cameras just don't capture it.

Yeah, that's exactly right... I had the same thing with this old house I was working on last fall. The pictures online made the roof look like it was in decent shape, but when I got up there and actually ran my hands over the shingles, they were brittle as hell. You can't feel the texture or see the way the light hits the wear patterns through a screen. Same goes for anything with a lot of detail or age to it... cameras just flatten everything out until you're standing right in front of it.
