I miss the rallies where the crowd chants felt personal, not like a TV show
Back in 2016 we stood shoulder to shoulder in that Tampa arena for 4 hours just to hear him speak, now I watch the livestream from my couch and it hits different, anyone else feel the energy shifted?

Hold on, four hours in an arena in Tampa? I was at that one and it was closer to two hours of waiting before he even came out. Not trying to nitpick but the details matter when we talk about what those days felt like. The energy thing I get though, and it's not just the couch. Back then every rally felt like we were all in on something together, and now half the room is holding up phones filming for clips. Something about a camera pointed at you changes how you act, even when you don't mean it to. So yeah, it hits different, but I chalk more of that up to us than to him.
