A client in Boise told me my section views were confusing his crew.

He pointed out that I wasn't labeling my cut lines clearly, which made them think a wall was missing. I switched to using a heavier line weight and adding a 'SECTION A-A' note right at the break. Do you think that's enough, or should I change something else?

My first boss in Phoenix called my early sections "mystery novels" because you had to guess where the cut was. The heavy line and clear label is the right move. Diana's arrow idea is the perfect final touch to stop any head scratching on site.

My buddy had the same problem on a job site last year. He started putting a small arrow pointing to the section view right on the floor plan, next to the cut line. That extra visual cue stopped all the questions cold. Your fix is good, but adding that arrow might seal the deal.

That arrow trick from @knight.diana is a solid fix.
