Drew a foundation plan at 11pm and forgot the sill plate anchor bolts, print went out anyway
Was working late on a small garage plan for a job in Bend and sent it to print without checking my hold-down schedule one more time. The GC called two days later saying the concrete guys were asking where the anchor bolts went on the slab detail. I had the whole thing laid out in my head but never put it on the sheet, just a blank edge where they should've been. Spent that night adding them back in and called the GC to eat crow, luckily they hadn't poured yet. Now I keep a sticky note on my monitor with a pre-print checklist, but I still wonder how many other small notes I've dropped. Anyone got a routine that actually keeps you from missing stuff on the last pass?
