Just found out my old way of setting up title blocks was causing major file size bloat

I was cleaning up a project file from a few years back and noticed it was over 200MB, which seemed way too big. I traced it back to my title block being a massive, exploded block with tons of embedded raster images I never purged. Has anyone else run into this and found a good way to build a clean title block from scratch?

Oh man, that's a classic mistake. I switched to using simple lines and text only, and it cut my file sizes in half. Purge is your best friend after that.

Yeah, the purge tip is huge! I also started checking for embedded images people accidentally paste instead of linking. Those bloat files like crazy. Another thing is turning off that auto-save preview thing, it adds a ton of hidden data. Clean files just work so much faster.
