The hospital part got me. You mean to tell me the actual engineers signed off on a model with a major clash in a hospital? That’s a place where you really can’t have ductwork running through a beam where a surgery room goes. What was it, like a main drain line through a structural support? That’s the kind of thing that gets built and then you have a real expensive problem. Your buddy is totally right, that’s not just paperwork.
