Serious question, have you kept any of your early hand-drawn home project drafts?
I was cleaning out my storage and found a roll of plans for a porch I sketched back in the day. Every detail was drawn by hand, which meant lots of eraser dust and redraws. Now, with digital tools, I can zip through revisions in minutes, but there's a realness to paper drafts. It's neat to think how much faster we can plan things now.

Turns out my old paper drafts were just fancy kindling all along.

Yeah the "realness to paper drafts" thing is true. They feel more personal even if digital is way easier.

Paper drafts are useful for more than just starting fires. I've found old notes that helped me organize my thoughts way better than a search bar could. That physical connection really does make a difference.
