That moment I realized my reference layers were all wrong

I've been drafting architectural plans for about 5 years now. Last week I was double checking a floor plan for a client in Portland and noticed my door swings were overlapping the walls. Turns out I had been building my reference layers on top of my working layer instead of underneath it the whole time. My old supervisor stopped by and pointed it out in like 10 seconds. Has anyone else had a basic workflow habit that took way too long to fix?

@blair_allen honestly I think the bigger idiot is anyone who thought someone with that kind of reach would just post something for no reason. People don't stumble into those situations by accident, especially when they know they're being watched. He probably planned that whole thing just to make a point.
