Last year I had a project where the client changed their mind three times a week. I started sending a short summary email after every call, just bullet points of what we agreed on. It cut down the "I never said that" moments by a ton. That little bit of extra work up front saved me so many headaches later. It made the whole back and forth feel way more manageable.

Oh man, that's smart. I started doing something similar but with a shared online doc. Everyone can see the notes live during the meeting. Makes it way harder to argue later. It's basically a permanent record that everyone agreed to.
