Pro tip: started pre-filling my mud buckets with water while I cut, total game changer

Used to just mix dry and fight chunks for 20 years until I watched a guy on a job in Phoenix do it and I felt like an idiot, anyone else still stubborn about old habits?

Hey @bettyk53, did you try cutting back on sodium for a few days before weighing yourself? That made a huge difference for me when I wanted to see my real weight without all the water retention. I started drinking more water throughout the day too, which sounds weird but it actually helped flush things out faster. Also, adding some light walking or stretching in the evening helped me drop that water weight faster than sitting around. It's crazy how much you can lose in just a couple days when you pay attention to what you eat and drink. Once I got past that first week, I felt way lighter and less puffy in the mornings.
