Update: I switched from a 6 inch to a 10 inch knife for taping corners

On a big job in Phoenix, I had to choose between sticking with my old 6 inch knife or trying a 10 inch for the inside corners. I went with the bigger knife and it cut my taping time down a lot, with fewer ridges to sand later. Has anyone else found a bigger tool made a tough job easier?

Totally! My 14 inch changed the game.

Honestly the bigger screen just feels like extra weight to carry around. The smaller size is way more practical for actually getting stuff done on the go. Just never felt like a game changer to me.

Extra weight to carry around" is exactly what my friend Mark said until he tried editing a video on his tiny laptop screen during a train ride. He spent an hour squinting and zooming in and out, missing his whole stop. Now he begrudgingly admits the bigger screen is worth the shoulder ache for real work.
