Translation delay cost me a job offer in Berlin
I finally got a work offer in Berlin but the contract was all in German, so I waited 3 weeks for an official translator instead of just asking a friend to read it to me. By the time I understood the terms, the employer had moved on to another candidate. Has anyone else lost a chance because you were too careful about official documents?
