Blew $120 on a dropshipping course that was just YouTube content

Got sucked in by a facebook ad back in March. The guy promised "hidden suppliers" and "winning products." Paid $120 with my credit card. It was literally 3 hours of recycled tips I already knew, and the "supplier list" was just AliExpress links I could find myself. The only thing I actually learned was that these courses exist to sell more courses. Has anyone else wasted cash on one of these things, or did I just pick the wrong one?

Something weirdly similar happened to my cousin with a "stock trading masterclass" back in 2021. $200 later and the whole thing was basically him reading Investopedia articles out loud with a screen share. The kicker was the private Discord group you got access to, which turned out to be 400 people all asking each other the same questions with nobody answering. Lasted about two weeks before it went totally silent. Your AliExpress list thing got me laughing though, at least my cousin's guy pretended to have secret info. Mine just straight up linked free sites.
