Dropped $600 on a 'premium' ad agency, my store got zero sales in 3 weeks

I dropped $600 on those call center order verification tools for my Shopify store, thinking it'd stop fraud. Turns out the service flagged 15 of my real customers and blocked their orders, costing me way more in lost sales than any chargeback. Now I'm back to manual checks and I wish I'd asked for a trial first. Has anyone found a fraud tool that actually works without nuking legit orders?
