Had my worst sales day ever last Tuesday and it turned into my best week of 2024
After a Shopify glitch wiped out all my product inventory for 6 hours and I panicked, I ended up manually messaging 47 past customers on Facebook to see if they needed refills, and those DMs alone brought in $2,800 by Friday - has anyone else had a technical failure push them into a weird win?

Did you track how many of those DMs turned into repeat buyers since?

Honestly that's rough but also kinda brilliant. Sometimes a tech fail forces you to actually talk to people instead of just hoping the system works. Ngl those personal DMs probably built way more loyalty than any automated email ever could.

Take it easy, @kai_bennett it's not like you cured cancer here. You just DM'd some people who already liked your stuff. That's called doing the work, not a technological miracle.
