Remember printing labels by hand in 2011? Yeah, I don't miss that either

Had a buddy who worked at a small shipping place back then and he told me about this one awful week where their label printer died. They had to write out like 300 shipping labels by hand with a pen, one at a time, and his hand cramped up so bad he could barely hold a fork at dinner. The worst part was he kept messing up zip codes and packages got sent to the wrong states. His boss was not happy about all the calls from angry customers. I remember him saying he would have paid out of his own pocket for a new printer just to make it stop. Every time I see a label print out now I think about that poor guy.
