That FedEx guy who told me to switch to padded mailers saved my store

After 3 smashed ceramic orders from customers in Austin, I finally listened to the FedEx driver who said my cardboard boxes were too thin, but switching to those $0.80 padded mailers cut my damage claims from 5 a month to zero, so has anyone else had a delivery driver give them better advice than any packaging blog?
