Just realized most buyers ignore the garage slab condition

I was looking at a place near Mill Woods last month and the realtor pointed out a crack that was actually the slab sinking - turns out fixing that can cost $5k easy. Has anyone else seen this slip past a home inspection?

Man, a buddy of mine bought a house and didn't notice the garage floor was sloped wrong until his truck wouldn't even sit level.

Man I had a buddy back in 2015 who bought this fixer upper and the garage was so sloped the PO had actually bolted leveler plates to the floor just to keep his workbench from sliding into the wall. That whole truck thing reminds me of it because he never even thought to check the floor until he parked his F150 in there and the driver side door wouldnt even close right. He had to put a big stack of 2x4s under one side just to get the truck level enough to work on it. Its one of those things you just dont think about until your toolbox starts rolling across the floor.
