Rant: Showed up to a showing in Edmonton and the keybox code was wrong
Drove 30 minutes to a 3-bedroom off Whyte Ave last Tuesday. Code wouldn't work. Tried calling the listing agent 4 times. Straight to voicemail each time. Waste of my whole afternoon. Anyone else deal with agents who don't update the lockbox codes?

I had that happen with a New West condo last month. Drove 45 minutes for a 9am showing and the code was wrong. I even called the night before to confirm and they said it was fine. Wasted my whole morning.

Oh man, that's brutal. I'd be fuming too. I swear some agents think the lockbox is just a fashion accessory - no need to actually update the dang thing. It's like they're playing hide and seek with us, and we're the ones who lose every time. At least you got some fresh air and a good story out of it, right? Hope the next one actually works - maybe bring a hammer next time, just in case.

Come on, agents have it way harder than us - codes slipping through the cracks is totally understandable, isn't it?
