That 1970s bungalow in Millwoods I saw flip in 4 months

I walked through a house on 38th Ave in March, total time capsule with shag carpet and wood paneling. Same house sold in July for $95k more after they ripped out the drop ceiling, opened up the kitchen to the living room, and swapped the front door. The biggest change was taking down that half wall between the entry and the dining area. Anyone else see these quick flips where the cosmetic stuff makes that kind of jump?

Buddy of mine bought a place that looked like that, just did the drop ceiling and new light fixtures, sold it three months later for sixty grand more. Wild what people will pay for not having to look at old stuff.

Yeah man, I did the same thing with my old place and it worked out pretty well.
