Hit 200,000 feet of wire pulled this week and my forearms are screaming

I just realized that's basically 38 miles of running wire through conduit in the last 5 years and it kinda blew my mind, has anyone else ever tracked how much wire they've pulled over a career?

Your hands must feel like they've been arm wrestling a grizzly bear (and losing). At 200k feet you've probably earned a permanent forearm pump even when you're just holding a coffee cup.

That "permanent forearm pump" line really hit home for me. I used to think the hand and arm fatigue was just something people exaggerated about, but after seeing what that much mileage does to someone it completely changed my mind. Is it something you notice getting worse the longer you stay at that level, or does your body kind of find a new normal?
