That "over 25 years" rule sounds solid, I'd add 15 as my cutoff for total peace of mind.

Wait, does that mean you'd pass on a 16 year old car in perfect shape with full service records? @evan_dixon67 I feel like condition and maintenance history matter way more than an exact age cutoff (especially for something like a garage-kept Lexus or Toyota).
