Wiring up another EV charger spot today, it struck me how common this has become.

Man, my buddy just moved into this older apartment complex and they was all excited cause they finally installed EV chargers. Took forever cause the wiring was ancient, but now half the parking spots have those little stations. Crazy how fast it went from nobody having one to it being a legit amenity you look for.

Watching that change happen so fast is really something. In my experience, stuff like this goes from new to normal really quick, like how in-unit laundry went from a big deal to expected. EV chargers are heading the same way, turning from a perk to a must-have. Your mileage may vary, but from what I've seen, places without them are starting to seem old. It's a clear sign of how our daily needs keep shifting with technology.

Saw my friend's building add chargers last month and now half the tenants use them, kinda like what @val822 said. It really does flip from fancy to normal overnight.
