Serious question, handling wrist strain from decades of micro soldering.

Back then, we hunched over benches for hours. No padded mats or angled tools. My right wrist still clicks from those days. Now, shops stress stretch breaks and adjustable stations. Simple shifts that matter.

That old Milwaukee bench light created such a harsh glare I’d tilt my whole body to see a joint. That awful posture, craning my neck, is what really set my wrist wrong. You focus on the hand, but the problem starts with your eyes. Bad lighting forces your shoulder and spine into a twist, and your wrist just follows that tense path down the arm.

Funny how we always blame the tool or the grip. Your whole setup matters, down to the shadows on your work. That glare basically redesigns your body mechanics before you even make a move.

Yeah that glare thing is real. I started wearing a baseball cap low to block overhead lights and it fixed my whole stance.
