Always thought lag bolts were overkill for motor mounts, but a near-miss proved me wrong.

That's exactly what @leehunt is getting at - vibration just eats regular hardware for lunch. Lag bolts might seem like overkill until your engine's bouncing around, you know?

Man, I saw a video where a guy's whole motor mount shook loose on the highway. Scary stuff. Makes you rethink using just any old bolt, right?
