Hit 1000 rescues without a single callback this morning

I've been tracking my door operator adjustments for the last 6 months and I finally hit 1000 rescues with zero callbacks from dispatch. Turns out I was over-torquing the limit switches every time and it was causing intermittent faults around the 3rd floor. Anyone else keep a log of their adjustment settings and callback rates?

Why even bother tracking all that when the real skill is just fixing it right the first time?

Know that feeling way too well, my "fix it right" usually means fixing it three times lol.
