I thought the whole 'facial massage for lymphatic drainage' thing was just a spa upsell until I saw the results on a client with chronic puffiness.

Actually, you don't need any tools for it to work. The whole point is just using your hands to move the fluid. My esthetician friend says the pressure from your fingers is all you really need.

Try it with a cold jade roller or a chilled spoon from your freezer. The cold helps shrink things down and feels amazing on puffy skin in the morning. It made a huge difference for my own face without any fancy products.

My aunt swears by doing it herself every morning. She had this puffy look around her eyes for years, and after a few weeks of just using her fingers in upward strokes, it really went down. I saw a video where they said it helps move fluid that gets stuck. It made sense after seeing her face change. I guess it's not just for fancy spas.
