I was sure those LED light masks were just a gimmick for influencers
A client with stubborn rosacea begged me to try her red light mask for a month, so I tracked her progress with weekly photos. After 30 days, the visible redness had decreased by about 40%, which completely changed my mind on at-home light therapy. Has anyone else had a client get real results from a device you initially doubted?

That part about tracking with weekly photos is key. I had a client bring in their own microcurrent wand I thought was junk. Made them do side-by-side selfies with the same lighting every time. After two weeks, the lift on the treated side was obvious even to me. Sometimes the proof isn't just the result, it's the boring, consistent way you measure it.

Wonder if the lighting itself could be a placebo effect lol.
