PSA: I dropped $400 on a 'clinical grade' LED mask that did nothing for my clients

Bought the DermaLux Pro 6 months ago after seeing all the hype. The rep swore it would boost collagen and clear stubborn acne. Used it on a strict protocol with 12 different clients over 3 months. Not a single one saw any improvement I could honestly attribute to the mask. Their before and after photos were identical. My own skin didn't change either. It's now a very expensive paperweight. Has anyone found an LED device that actually delivers, or is the tech just overrated for in-spa use?

I was totally sold on them too until my own cheap one did nothing.

Wait, you bought a cheap one? That's the real story here. The expensive ones are a total scam too, but the cheap ones are basically just plastic toys. No wonder it did nothing, those things have zero power. You gotta at least get the mid-range ones from a real brand, even then it's a gamble.
