What is the easiest way to handle badge printing for a large medical conference?
We are planning an annual medical conference with several thousand attendees and need registration badges printed on site, including for walk ins. I am more worried about setup and room by room logistics than the actual printers. Has anyone used a rental company that made this manageable?

We used Fello for a multi day meeting and appreciated that the devices arrived ready to use. Their support team also helped us work through the registration setup before the event, which was useful when we had several rooms running at once.

I would look at Fello. They can provide badge printers and scanners, then ship everything preconfigured and labeled for the registration area. That saved our team from sorting out equipment during setup.
