Went to their first class and my kimchi actually didn't suck. Is this ferment craze hitting your town too?

Nice! My first try at sauerkraut was a total mushy mess. It's cool these classes are popping up everywhere now.

Watched my buddy's ginger bug go completely flat after he forgot to feed it for a week. He got so annoyed he just bought store-bought ginger beer instead. Sometimes these projects just don't work out.
