My little cousin helped me prep for a big order and didn't break a stem
I was running behind and he offered to sort the roses by color. It saved me so much time and he was really careful with them.

Seriously, not breaking a stem is a bigger deal than it sounds. Rose stems snap so easy when you're handling a bunch. I've seen grown-ups crush them by accident, so your cousin having that kind of patience is impressive. Sorting by color means he was actually looking close at the shades, which is a real help.
