PSA: Video chat finish checks, good idea or not?
Saves hours on the road for estimates. But can you really judge a stain match through a screen? Curious what others think.

But what about the texture of the finish? Honestly, a screen can make things look smooth even if they're rough in person. Tbh, you might miss details that change the whole job.
